Across the course, you’ll be introduced to all the key elements of MMA, including:
Striking (pads, movement, basic combinations)
Grappling (positions, control, escapes)
Takedowns
Submissions
Each session is coached step-by-step, focusing on technique, confidence, and enjoyment, so you can learn at your own pace while still getting a great workout.
Whether you’re looking to try something new, improve your fitness, or eventually progress into regular classes, this course is the ideal starting point.

Location: New Fightworx Torquay Gym (former River Island building)
