Fightworx Academy is the premier Mixed Martial Arts  (MMA) training facility in Torbay.  We have the most experienced instructors teaching classes in various different disciplines including;

The new Fightworx training facility is now one of the best in the whole south west, with over 150m2 fully matted training area, a full size 20ft competition cage, over 20m of cage training wall and a selection of brand new top quality bags, pads and other training equipment.

The club has been established for over 10 years now and as a result we have developed a strong competition team with some of the best and most experienced fighters in the south west in various different disciplines.

Classes at Fightworx are open to all levels of experience from total beginners to professional athletes.
We have many students that train to compete but just as many that do not wish to compete, they prefer to train to develop their fitness, confidence or self defence ability.

WARNING!

Due to the recent popularity of MMA in the UK, there have been a lot of martial arts clubs claiming to offer the ability to teach MMA and other related martial arts.  Please ensure that you ask your instructor what their experience and qualifications are in these areas.
There are a lot of frauds and it is extremely dangerous to train with anyone who does not have the relevant experience.
