Private one-to-one and group sessions are available at Fightworx Academy at very competitive rates. These sessions are suitable for anyone, no matter what your level of fitness or experience is.
Our sessions can provide a great alternative to standard gym personal training, not only are you getting fit but you will also be learning skills along the way.
Our two head instructors, Darren Yeoman and Kris Barras are both available for PT sessions from as little as £25 per hour.
Don't worry if you haven't done anything before or if you are not fit....this is a fantastic, fun way to get fit! Both our PT's are incredibly patient and will run the sessions at a pace suitable for you. They are also on hand to give diet advice to help with weight loss, if that is one of your goals.

Kris isn't as scary as he looks, honest! Although he is a Professional fighter, he regularly teaches private sessions to everyone from women looking to gain fitness and lose weight, right up to other professional fighters. Kris is available for Muay Thai, MMA and General Fitness PT's.

Why start Personal Training sessions?
