The Fightworx gym has a fully matted training area, kettle bells and weights, training pads, separate male and female changing rooms and toilets. Coming soon we have an onsite equipment and supplements shop.
All the gyms instructors are all highly skilled, with extensive martial arts backgrounds. The gym is fully insured and runs all classes in a professional and managed environment.
We offer classes in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Thai / Kickboxing.
At Fightworx we offer classes for all ability and fitness levels. From beginner classes to advanced and competition training classes. Get in touch to find out more or pop down for a chat. Our doors are open to everyone.
