Raphael Dos Santos
Raphael Dos Santos was born in Florianopolis, Brazil on 21st August 1978.
In 1984 Raphael started his career in martial arts with judo, in the feather weight group at the elite club 6 de Janeiro.
He has lived and taught in Brazil, Poland and California and has now made his home in Cornwall.
Raphael is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Darren Yeoman
Darren is widely known as one of the top grapplers in the South West. He is BJJ Black Belt and has been grappling for over 10 years and is also well versed in the styles of Judo, Sambo and Wrestling.
He has competed in many tournaments including the British, European and the World Championships in the USA. Most recently, he won a Silver medal at the British Open.

Kris Barras
Kris is a professional MMA fighter and is the head Muay Thai instructor at Fightworx. He is a BJJ blue belt and has been grappling for 5 years. He has competed and won medals in several grappling competitions.
Kris has spent months living and training in Las Vegas with some of the UFC’s top fighters at Xtreme Couture and the Tapout Centre.

Mark Edwards
Mark is the Head Thai Boxing instructor at Fightworx. He is a former British Muay Thai Champion and has been training for over 15 years. Mark has nearly 20 fights to his name and a wealth of experience working as a Gym instructor and Nutritionist.

Simon Phillips
Simon has competed in MMA since 2004 and has notched up over 20 Professional MMA bouts. He is by far the most experienced fighter in the South-West and has been ranked in the welterweight top 10 in Britain.
He was the 170lb Team England representative in the M1-Challenge and fought all over the world including knocking out a heavily favoured Japanese fighter in Japan, in 45 seconds!

Vikki Todd
Vikki teaches the increasingly popular, children’s BJJ classes. She is a BJJ Blue belt and has won medals at all of the UK’s top competitions.
She is currently British Champion. She is also a Kenpo Karate Black Belt.
