Private training is now available at Fightworx Academy for the following areas;

Brazilian Jiujitsu

Wrestling / Submission wrestling (no-gi)
Strength and Conditioning

This now gives students the opportunity to advance their training with personal 1 on 1 coaching from a variety of experienced instructors outside of a class environment.

Personal training can give you the chance to focus on your specific needs, it’s a chance to have an instructor help you with any problems you may be having as well as being able to take an in depth look at your development and setting out personal goals.

£20 per hr for members
£25 per hr non-members
